1. Definitions

Accounts that fail verification, provide false information, or are found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the tid777 Platform. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason for their creation — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the potential forfeiture of all balances held within them.

4.1 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, verified Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify tid777 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. tid777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact tid777 support immediately via the 24/7 live chat function.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tid777 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or other documentation before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits made to tid777 are processed in PKR. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast interbank transfer, standard bank transfer (including HBL and other major Pakistani banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposits page of your account dashboard. tid777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposited funds must be derived from legitimate sources. tid777 prohibits the deposit of funds obtained through illegal means and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your tid777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Standard withdrawal requests via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes for amounts up to 100,000 PKR, subject to completed KYC verification. Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time and documentation.

tid777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of verification checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. tid777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee not exceeding 500 PKR per month to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied, and the fee will only be deducted if the account holds a Real Funds balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tid777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, and cashback offers. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in its terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the stated promotional period.
• When a player holds both Real Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Funds are applied to wagers first unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular game or promotion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on tid777. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are denominated in PKR. tid777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tid777 reserves the right to void affected rounds or wagers and return the staked amount to the player's balance. tid777 shall not be held liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors.

7.3 Sports Betting Void Policy

For sports betting markets — including HBL Pakistan Super League, international cricket, and other events — bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be voided and the staked amount returned, unless the specific market's rules state otherwise. In-play bets that were settled prior to an event being abandoned are not subject to this void policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tid777 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other software to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where use is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that tid777 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening towards staff or other players via any communication channel.

Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances (Real Funds and Bonus Funds), and permanent account closure. tid777 also reserves the right to report such conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tid777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of tid777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from tid777 is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data

tid777 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at tid777.pro/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

tid777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operations (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

11. Responsible Gaming

tid777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The tid777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tid777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tid777 holds its international gambling licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms
